Position: Site Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities at the construction site, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and according to approved plans and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce.
• Allocate tasks to workers and monitor their performance.
• Ensure construction work follows drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager or Site Manager.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, suppliers, and other site personnel.
• Ensure proper use and availability of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Identify and resolve site issues, delays, and technical problems.
• Maintain daily site records, attendance, work progress, and material reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure housekeeping standards are maintained.
• Ensure work is completed within the approved schedule and budget.
• Assist with inspections, testing, handover, and completion of works.
