Site Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Site Supervisor** to oversee daily operations at our Garrison Grove project site in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess a sharp eye for quality control, strong on-site problem-solving abilities, and a practical approach to daily commuting via local public transit.

Key Responsibilities

On-Site Supervision: Monitor daily construction and operational activities to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.

Logistical Problem Solving: Swiftly identify and resolve on-site logistical bottlenecks, material shortages, or labor coordination issues as they arise.

Progress Tracking: Maintain daily logs of site activities, material movements, and workforce attendance, reporting directly to the Project Manager.

Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to site safety protocols and ensure all workers are using proper personal protective equipment (PPE).

Resource Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and placement of materials on site.

Candidate Requirements

Commuting Preference: Must be comfortable and willing to travel regularly using local public transport (local trains and buses) within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Experience: Proven experience as a site supervisor, construction supervisor, or in a similar operational role.

Skills:

Keen attention to detail and high standards for workmanship.

Strong crisis management and on-the-spot troubleshooting skills.

Effective communication and team coordination abilities.

Familiarity: Good working knowledge of Navi Mumbai transport routes and local geography is a distinct advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
