Site Supervisor

**Job Summary:**We are looking for a Site Supervisor with hands-on experience in civil construction and interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring quality execution, and coordinating with contractors and internal teams to deliver projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for civil and interior works
• Ensure work execution as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams
• Monitor material usage and report shortages or issues
• Maintain site records, progress reports, and daily logs
• Identify and resolve on-site technical or execution challenges
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and site discipline

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
• 2-4 years of experience in civil and interior site supervision
• Basic understanding of drawings and measurements
• Knowledge of construction materials and finishing works
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to work on-site as per project needs
