Site Supervisor

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a resort construction project. The Site Supervisor will ensure that construction activities run smoothly, safely, and according to the approved design, timeline, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on site.
• Coordinate and manage workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure the project is executed according to drawings, specifications, and schedule.
• Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Report daily progress to the Project Manager/Architect.
• Identify and resolve site issues efficiently.
• Manage site logistics, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure proper communication between contractors, consultants, and project owners.
• Maintain site documentation, reports, and progress records.
• Coordinate with different contractors and subcontractors throughout the project.
• Maintain good working relationships with contractors and leverage existing contractor networks where applicable.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction projects; experience in resort, villa, or hotel projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and technical documents.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong network and experience working with various contractors and subcontractors.
• Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workers and subcontractors effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site full time.

Education and Experience

• Background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Experience working on hospitality, villa, hotel, or resort developments.
• Familiar with project scheduling, site coordination, and progress reporting.
• Previous experience coordinating with multiple contractors and suppliers is highly preferred.
