Site Supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, particularly in the design and construction of infrastructure projects.

• Proficient in the use of engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and come up with innovative solutions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to civil engineering projects.

• Registered Professional Engineer (Ir.) or working towards professional registration is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Designing and overseeing the construction of EXTERNAL WATER PIPES, RC WATER TANKS, PUMP HOUSE & M&E WORKS,  and other civil engineering structures.

• Conducting site assessments, soil testing, and structural analysis to ensure the safety and viability of projects.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, project managers, and construction workers, to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions.

• Preparing detailed engineering plans, technical specifications, and project reports.

• Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

• Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and budgets.
