My client is a boutique residential building company specialising in high-end renovations, extensions, light commercial and bespoke new homes across Brisbane.

They are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead the on-site delivery of a luxury $4 million renovation project on Brisbane's inner north side.

Your Role
Working closely with the Project Manager and company Director, you will take ownership of the day-to-day site operations and ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to an exceptional standard.
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating daily site activities, subcontractors, suppliers and material deliveries
• Managing the construction program and maintaining momentum against key milestones
• Monitoring workmanship closely and ensuring all finishes meet luxury residential standards
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and design documentation
• Identifying and resolving construction issues before they affect quality or programme
• Conducting site inspections, quality checks and defect management
• Maintaining a safe, organised and professional site
• Ensuring compliance with building regulations, approvals and WHS requirements
• Communicating effectively with the Project Manager, consultants, designers and subcontractors
• Representing the builder professionally when interacting with clients and project stakeholders

Your Experience
You will be an experienced residential Site Supervisor / Site Manager with a strong understanding of bespoke construction and premium finishes.
Ideally, you will offer:

• Proven experience supervising high-end residential renovations, extensions or new builds
• Experience delivering projects of comparable quality and complexity
• A strong trade background, preferably carpentry
• Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine appreciation for quality craftsmanship
• The ability to coordinate specialist trades and maintain high performance expectations
• Strong construction knowledge and confidence interpreting detailed architectural drawings
• Excellent planning, communication and problem-solving skills
• A current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence or Builder Licence
• Current First Aid and White Card
• A professional and respectful approach to clients, consultants, neighbours and subcontractors
