Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities on-site.
Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors.
Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Inspect work quality and ensure materials meet required standards
Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
Manage and guide site supervisors, foremen, and workers.
Identify and resolve site issues or delays quickly.
Ensure proper use of equipment and materials.
Conduct site meetings and briefings with the team.

Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2 years of construction site experience.
Experience supervising large construction projects.
Knowledge of local construction regulations and safety standards.
Must have Civil Certificate
