Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction site activities.
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site operations.
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship, materials, and safety compliance.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, records, and documentation.
• Coordinate closely with project management and other relevant parties.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree or relevant qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, Building, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant site supervision experience.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, site safety, and project coordination.
• Able to communicate effectively and work independently.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are strongly prioritised.
• Willing to work on-site and travel when required.
• Candidates with relevant construction certifications will have an added advantage.
