What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Site Operations & Coordination: Daily oversight of site activities, sub-contractors, tradespeople, and site labor to maintain project schedules.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, conduct daily toolbox talks, perform hazard assessments, and maintain site safety records.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect ongoing work for compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and local building codes.
- Resource Management: Monitor tool, equipment, and material deliveries, tracking inventory to prevent delays or shortages.
- Progress Reporting: Maintain daily site logs, track work progress against milestones, and report issues, delays, or variations to the Project Manager.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve technical field queries and coordination conflicts between different sub-contractors.
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
