Key Responsibilities
- Daily Execution: Supervise daily site operations, manage labor/contractors, and ensure work hits daily schedule targets.
- Material Control: Track all material inward/outward. Monitor inventory levels strictly to prevent theft, damage, or wastage.
- Quality & Safety: Ensure on-the-ground work meets quality standards and enforce basic site safety protocols.
- Daily Reporting: Maintain daily attendance logs and send end-of-day progress reports and site photos to management.
Required Profile
- Education & Experience: Diploma/ITI Graduation with 13 years of direct, on-site supervision experience.
- Core Skills: Street-smart, tough enough to handle daily labor issues, and focused on getting work done on time.
- Tech Skills: Comfortable using a smartphone for WhatsApp updates, sharing photos, and filling basic daily digital/paper logs.
