SITE SUPERVISOR

a)       Responsible for supervising staff and maintaining quality control processes, analyzing the results, and giving feedback.

b)       Guidance to the production team under direct supervision.

c)       Must insure and assist in determining if materials, products, and/or processes are in accordance with specifications.

d)       Ensure the staff follows the set processes and adheres to best production practices and product quality standards.

e)       Oversee and lead maintenance procedures and actions in a company

f)      Lead maintenance supervisors and manage activities for the repair of buildings, landscapes, and offices.

g)     Duties include tracking expenses, reporting progress, and assigning schedules.

h)      Manage and mitigate complaints by house owners under DLP associated with defects and quality matters.

i)       Transfer – The company may at  its  discretion  transfer  you  to  another  location , section , department, project site or associate company  where your services  are  required.
