SITE SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our project site. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards. You will coordinate workers, subcontractors, and materials to achieve smooth project progress.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor site operations on a daily basis.

• Ensure all work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

• Coordinate and manage workers, subcontractors, and site activities.

• Check materials and equipment delivered to the site.

• Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.

• Identify and solve problems that arise on site.

  Requirements:

  • Minimum [Diploma/Degree/Certificate] in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • At least [2–3] years of relevant experience in site supervision.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to read and understand technical drawings.
  • Willing to work on-site and travel when required.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
