Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, coordinate with workers and contractors, and ensure work is completed as per the required quality and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily on-site activities and workforce.
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and instructions.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, technicians, and site workers.
• Monitor work progress and maintain daily site activity reports.
• Ensure timely availability and proper use of materials and equipment.
• Check the quality of work and report any issues to the concerned management.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness at the site.
• Assist in resolving day-to-day site-related operational issues.
• Coordinate with engineers and management regarding project progress.
• Ensure assigned work is completed within the scheduled timeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in site supervision, construction, interior, civil, or related projects.
• Good knowledge of site operations and workforce coordination.
• Ability to read and understand basic drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple workers and manage daily site activities efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting will be an added advantage.
