Key Responsibilities

Supervise the daily operations of the site and ensure smooth workflow.
Lead and support the Car Sales Adviser team in achieving sales targets.
Monitor attendance, productivity, and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with the Operations, Warehouse, Mechanic, and Admin teams regarding vehicle availability and customer transactions.
Ensure vehicles are properly displayed, inspected, and ready for release.
Handle customer concerns and maintain excellent customer service.
Prepare operational and sales reports and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
At least 3–5 years of supervisory experience in automotive, retail, or operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Willing to work on-site in Talisay, Cebu.
