Site Supervisor

We are hiring for the following positions:-

• Site Supervisor (Project)
• Site Supervisor (Defect)

Industry: Construction (Main Contractor)

Interview Location: Taman Pelangi, Johor Bahru, Johor.

Responsibilities: Site Supervisor (Project)

• Supervise and monitor overall site operations.
• Monitor, coordinate, and track the progress of both internal and external works.
• Conduct project briefings.
• Ensure proper use and storage of building materials.
• Attend internal / external meetings.
• Manage the ordering, tracking and delivery of building materials.
• Complete site reports and other records.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and client requirements.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager or superior.

Responsibilities: Site Supervisor (Defect)

• Conduct defect inspection.

• Coordinate and supervise defect rectification works with subcontractors.

• Monitor work progress and ensure defects are rectified within the stipulated timeline.

• Liaise with homeowners, consultants, and internal teams regarding defect issues.

• Schedule defect appointments and follow up until completion.

• Inspect completed rectification works and ensure quality standards are met.

• Prepare defect reports, progress updates, and related documentation.

• Carry out other site-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:-

• Able to start work immediately or with short notice.

• Minimum Diploma in a related discipline.

• Fresh graduate from Diploma are encouraged to apply; candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience will have an added advantage.

• Proficient in computer skills.

• Positive working attitude, responsible and able to work independently.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of site safety requirements and regulations.

• Able to work under pressure and adapt to outdoor working conditions.

• Willing to learn and grow within the construction field.
