What they need
Qualifications & Requirements :
(MALAYSIAN ONLY)
Candidates with relevant site supervision or construction experience are preferred.
Good communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and manage site activities effectively.
Must have own transport and a valid driving licence.
Willing to travel to different project sites when required.
Possession of a CIDB Green Card is an advantage.
Language Command : Malay & English
JOB SCOPE :-
1.Supervise and monitor daily site activities and workers
2.Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedule
3.Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site labour
4.Check and ensure quality of work meets project requirements
5.Enforce site safety rules and practices
6.Report site progress, issues, and delays to the site engineer
7.Assist in site inspections and defect rectification
8.Monitor materials usage and site housekeeping
