SITE SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Ensure all construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
2. Coordinate and supervise the work of contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel.
3. Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and maintain the required quality standards throughout the project
4. Prepare and submit project progress reports to the management team

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Previous experience in the construction industry is required. Candidates with site supervision or site management experience will be given preference.
2. Diploma, Certificate, or other relevant qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
3. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
4. Responsible, disciplined, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
5. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage, as this role involves frequent communication with Chinese-speaking clients and partners.
