About the role
This is a site supervision role responsible for overseeing daily construction site activities, ensuring work meets project specifications and schedules, and maintaining site safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities and workers
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedule
- Coordinate and manage site labour
- Check and ensure quality of work meets project requirements
- Enforce site safety rules and practices
- Report site progress, issues, and delays to the site engineer
- Assist in site inspections and defect rectification
- Monitor materials usage and site housekeeping
About you
- Relevant site supervision or construction experience preferred
- Good communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and manage site activities effectively
- Must have own transport and a valid driving licence
- Willing to travel to different project sites when required
- Possession of a CIDB Green Card is an advantage
