SITE SUPERVISOR

About the role

CITI TRENCHLESS SDN BHD is seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Supervisor to join our construction team in Penampang, Sabah. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing site teams, coordinating construction activities, and maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and quality across all project sites. This role is essential to our operational success and directly impacts project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily site operations, including resource allocation, scheduling and workflow management

• Supervise and coordinate construction teams, ensuring all personnel understand project requirements and safety protocols

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, progress and compliance with project specifications

• Maintain detailed site records, including timesheets, equipment logs, material deliveries and progress reports

• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients and stakeholders regarding site progress, challenges and resolutions

• Manage equipment and materials on site, ensuring proper storage, maintenance and accountability

• Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly to minimise delays and cost overruns

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, permits and environmental requirements

• Coordinate with subcontractors and external service providers as needed

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar supervisory role within the construction industry

• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and direct diverse teams

• Strong organisational and time management abilities with attention to detail

• Problem-solving capabilities and ability to make decisions under pressure

• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to various sites as required
