Site Supervisor

• To assist Project Engineer to supervise all construction works on the project.
• To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH management system.
• To comply with legal and other requirements applicable to the organization.
• Experience in pilling work and earthwork.
• To implement project operations and document control procedures.
• To supervise, monitor and control daily work at the project site and adhere to document control procedure.
• To coordinate and monitor subcontractor’s activities at project site.
• To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance with the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.
• To carry out inspections and tests as per Inspection and Test Plans. Results of such to conform to specifications and drawings.
• To ensure that workers and subcontractors adhere to good housekeeping.
• To implement ESH operational controls documented in the HIRADC / Job Safety & Health Analysis and Environmental Aspects and Impacts Register.
• To undertake all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
• To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH Management System.
• To comply with legal and other requirements applicable to the organization and projects.
• To assist in solving site coordination issues.
• To liaise with Inspector of Work (IOW) for inspection related.
• Monitoring and checking out of Material received at site to follow standard and follow specification.
• Undertake any other functions as directed by the management from time to time.

Core Technical Competencies

• Structural & Architectural Reading: Interpret structural drawings, reinforcement details, architectural finishes, and MEP layouts.
• Formwork & Concreting: Supervise formwork installation, rebar placement, concrete pouring, and curing processes.
• Setting-Out & Leveling: Use surveying tools like total stations, dumpy levels, and laser markers for accurate building alignment.
• Finishing Work Quality Control: Inspect architectural finishes including tiling, plastering, painting, drywall installation, and waterproofing.
• MEP Coordination: Coordinate basic structural penetrations for electrical conduits, plumbing lines, and HVAC ducting.
