Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, layouts, plans, and specifications to ensure work is carried out correctly.
• Check measurements, dimensions, levels, and installation details against approved drawings.
• Monitor the progress and quality of site works.
• Ensure work is completed according to project requirements, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, contractors, suppliers, engineers, and project managers.
• Identify and resolve site issues and coordinate corrective actions where necessary.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure proper workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and site safety procedures.
• Keep the site clean, organized, and safe.
• Report daily site progress, manpower, work status, and site issues to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate inspections and rectification works.
• Ensure completed works are properly checked before handover to the client or relevant parties.
• Maintain site records, photographs, checklists, and other required documentation.
• Carry out other site-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant site supervision experience.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings and technical drawings.
• Good knowledge of site installation and construction practices.
• Able to supervise workers and subcontractors effectively.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to identify site problems and take appropriate corrective action.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Responsible and independent.
• Willing to work on construction/project sites and outside normal working hours when required.
