What they need
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline
- Minimum 5 years in mechanical installation works
- At least 2 years supervising semiconductor cleanroom projects
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily mechanical tool installation activities and ensure work progresses according to schedule
- Plan and allocate manpower, tools and materials for efficient execution
- Ensure installation complies with approved drawings, specifications, method statements and client requirements
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, QA/QC personnel, Safety Officers and other trades
- Inspect completed work, monitor punch list closure and maintain quality standards
- Conduct daily toolbox briefings and enforce WSH and cleanroom requirements
- Prepare daily progress reports and escalate technical or resource issues
- Support testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning and project handover
