Site Supervisor

🔧 Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities and construction works.
• Coordinate and manage site workers, subcontractors, machinery and materials.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and work programme.
• Monitor site progress and report daily updates to the Site Engineer / Project Manager.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors and other site personnel.
• Ensure proper workmanship, quality and safety requirements are maintained.
• Assist with site measurements, inspections and documentation.
• Identify site issues and coordinate necessary rectification works.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction/site supervision.

• Experience in civil, water supply, pipeline or infrastructure works is an advantage.

• Able to read and understand construction drawings.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Able to work independently and manage site activities.

• Willing to work on site and travel when required.

• Possess a valid driving license.
