About the role
THE NEST is developing a high-quality luxury villa project in Lombok and is looking for a Senior Site Supervisor to take responsibility for the daily execution, coordination, quality and progress of construction on site.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise construction teams, tukang, helpers and subcontractors
- Coordinate daily site activities and allocate manpower efficiently
- Ensure construction follows drawings, specifications and required quality standards
- Monitor structural, architectural and finishing works
- Control workmanship and immediately identify and correct mistakes
- Coordinate with Project Management, engineers, consultants and suppliers
- Plan daily and weekly work targets and ensure deadlines are achieved
- Monitor materials and ensure they are available before work starts
- Check dimensions, levels and construction details before execution
- Maintain an organized, clean and safe construction site
