What they need
- Execution & Drawings: Read and execute architectural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and interior shop drawings.
- Labor & Contractor Management: Supervise carpenters, painters, electricians, and sub-contractors on site.
- Quality Control: Inspect finishing work to ensure it meets design standards and measurements.
- Material Management: Verify material deliveries against purchase orders, track inventory, and ensure secure storage.
- Progress Reporting: Maintain daily site logs, progress reports, and photo documentation.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce site safety rules and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
