Site Supervisor

• Supervise daily construction activities and monitor site progress.
• Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Inspect materials delivered to the site and verify compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare daily site reports, work progress reports, and site documentation.
• Identify and resolve site issues, delays, and technical problems promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Monitor manpower, equipment, and material usage to optimize productivity.
• Attend site meetings and communicate project updates to the project team.
• Ensure work is completed within the project schedule and budget.
• Assist in project inspections and handover upon completion.
