SITE SUPERVISOR

• Supervise Operations: Manage daily project tasks to ensure work stays on track.
• Coordinate Resources: Arrange manpower, materials, and schedules for smooth execution.
• Review Drawings: Analyze blueprints to match design, safety, and budget specs.
• Improve Efficiency: Recommend operational changes to boost productivity on site.
• Liaise with Purchasing: Coordinate material orders and verify all site deliveries.
• Liaise with QS: Assist with measurements, progress claims, payments, and variation orders.
• Manage Quality: Follow up closely on site work to ensure excellent workmanship.
• Keep Records: Update the site diary daily and compile progress reports.
• Communicate Well: Attend site meetings and update project managers and subcontractors.
• Travel Freely: Travel to different project locations as required by the business.
• Support Leaders: Handle any other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience as a site supervisor.
• Software Skills: Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
• Work Style: Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple sites.
