Site Supervisor

Building Construction | A&A, Maintenance & Defect Works

💰 Salary: $2,500–$5,000 per month, depending on experience
📍 Location: Assigned project sites in Singapore
📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday
⏰ Working Hours: 8:00am–7:00pm

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Site Supervisor to support our project team in managing daily construction activities.

You will coordinate subcontractors, supervise workers and ensure that site activities are carried out safely, efficiently and according to project requirements. Candidates without experience are welcome to apply and learn on the job.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Assist the project team with daily site operations and coordination
• Supervise building construction projects assigned by management
• Coordinate maintenance, defect rectification and Addition & Alteration works
• Coordinate the activities of subcontractors, suppliers and direct workers
• Lead and supervise workers to ensure tasks are completed properly and on schedule
• Assign daily duties and monitor the productivity and workmanship of the site workforce
• Ensure works comply with approved requirements, site procedures and quality standards
• Enforce workplace safety rules and regulations
• Report site progress, issues and manpower requirements to the project team
• Ferry workers daily between the dormitory and project site
• Maintain proper housekeeping and a safe working environment
• Perform other duties assigned by management or the immediate supervisor

✅ Requirements

• Relevant construction, technical or trade certification
• One to two years of construction trade or site supervisory experience in Singapore is preferred
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply
• Valid driving licence suitable for ferrying workers in the assigned company vehicle
• Able to lead and communicate effectively with workers and subcontractors
• Responsible, safety-conscious and willing to work on site
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment
• Comfortable with a six-day work week
