What they need
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction, building maintenance, renovation or related works.
- Experience in building, civil, M&E, roofing, waterproofing, painting or renovation works is an advantage.
- Able to read construction drawings and understand site specifications.
- Good knowledge of construction methods and site safety practices.
- Able to manage workers and subcontractors.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Willing to travel between project sites.
- Valid driving licence is required.
- CIDB-related certification / Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) qualification is an advantage.
