Site Supervisor

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Management

• Supervise daily on-site interior fit-out activities (carpentry, civil work, electrical, plumbing, painting, and false ceiling installations).
• Verify exact site measurements and cross-check them against blueprints and layout drawings before starting work.
• Ensure work follows the approved design specifications, material selections, and alignment standards.
• Understanding of Autocad drawings
• Preparing detailed site execution schedule to meet timelines as agreed with client.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate schedules with contractors, external vendors, and sub-contractors.
• Prevent work clashes between different teams on site.
• Report daily project progress (including photo updates and logs) to the design team and management.
• Conduct weekly meeting with client and Design team for better coordination

Quality & Safety Control

• Inspect workmanship regularly to maintain high interior finish standards.
• Spot and fix defects or alignment errors early.
• Enforce site safety rules, clean housekeeping habits, and proper material handling to reduce waste and accidents
