Site Supervisor

• Education: High school diploma with vocational training, or a bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering.
• Experience: Proven work history in a construction supervisory role.
• Skills: Strong leadership, blueprint reading, and problem-solving abilities.
• Team Management: Supervise construction workers and subcontractors, assign daily tasks, and track attendance.
• Safety Enforcement: Inspect sites for hazards, ensure proper use of safety gear, and manage emergency protocols.
• Quality & Progress Tracking: Verify work matches blueprints and building codes, and write daily progress reports.
• Resource Coordination: Order building supplies, manage equipment maintenance, and communicate with clients or project managers.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
