Site Supervisor

Job Summary

SastaSundar is looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate with contractors and workers, and ensure that work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities and ensure smooth execution of work.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers, and other site personnel.
• Read and interpret civil drawings and layouts.
• Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports.
• Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams regarding site requirements and progress.
• Identify and report site-related issues and support timely resolution.
• Monitor material usage and ensure proper utilization of resources.
• Ensure project activities are completed within the planned timelines.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to site activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• 6 months to 2 years of relevant site supervision experience.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
• Basic knowledge of civil construction, drawings, measurements, and site execution.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage workers and coordinate with contractors.
• Willingness to work at the Baruipur site.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
• Employment Type: Full-time.
