SITE SUPERVISOR

About the role

Cheng Hoon Air Cond Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Butterworth, Penang. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

1. Coordinating and supervising a team of construction workers, tradesman, and subcontractors
2. Monitoring project progress and adjusting schedules and resources as needed
3. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
4. Identifying and resolving any issues or problems that arise on the construction site
5. Communicating regularly with the project manager, client, and other stakeholders
6. Maintaining detailed records and documentation of the project's progress

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction supervisory role
2. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
3. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
4. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
5. Strong organisational and time management skills
6. Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
7. Proficiency in using construction management software and tools
