About the role
Responsible for the coordination with subcontractors and labours on all matters of site inspection and progress monitoring. To take part in the day-to-day site activities and overall planning & scheduling of works to ensure smooth and efficient operations of construction projects.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with subcontractors and labours on site inspection and progress monitoring
- Participate in day-to-day site activities and overall planning & scheduling of works
- Attend site meetings
- Quality control of practical installation work
- Health and safety conduct and standards of all site operations
About you
- Diploma holder or above in Building Service or Electrical Engineering
- 8 years' experience in Electrical and ELV installation supervision
- Strong planning and organization skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, independent and attentive to details
- Knowledge of PC, MS Office and AutoCAD is preferable
