· Provide or arrange training for workers in job duties, safety procedures, and COR company policies to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

· Monitor site safety, ensure that everyone on site adheres to all Zgemi & COR health and safety standards, and report issues.

· Promptly address unforeseen issues or challenges during construction, such as material shortages, design/blueprint discrepancies, or site constraints.

· Review change orders and assess, coordinate, prepare documentation, obtain approval, and implement changes to project scope, schedule, budget, and resources in alignment with project objectives.

· Maintain a clean construction site and perform handy work when needed to enhance safety, efficiency, and overall project quality.

· Perform other duties as required.

Working Conditions

· Site Trailer/fieldwork in a fast-paced environment with variable working hours depending on project requirements.

· Site Supervisors are exposed to various weather conditions, noise, dust, and other potential hazards. They are expected to follow safety protocols, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
