What they need
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
- Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and work schedules.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, workers, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Plan and monitor daily manpower, materials, tools, and machinery requirements.
- Conduct daily site inspections and ensure work quality meets project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed according to the approved schedule.
- Identify site issues, delays, defects, and safety concerns and report them to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, and other site representatives.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a clean and organized work site.
- Ensure workers follow safety requirements, PPE requirements, PTW, and site safety procedures.
- Check materials delivered to site and ensure they comply with approved specifications.
- Maintain daily site records, including manpower, weather, work progress, materials received, machinery, and site activities.
- Prepare daily progress updates, site reports, inspection records, and other required documentation.
- Attend site meetings, toolbox meetings, inspections, and coordination meetings when required.
- Monitor and verify completed works before requesting inspection or approval.
- Assist in resolving technical and construction-related issues on site.
- Ensure all works comply with relevant authority requirements, project specifications, and company procedures.
- Support the Project Manager in achieving project targets for time, cost, quality, and safety.
