Site Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities
• Manage and allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct inspections to identify and address any deviations from project requirements.
• Work closely with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules.
• Monitor progress against the schedule and take corrective actions to keep the project on track.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of daily activities, work progress, and any changes to the original plan.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation required for project management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• SPM / Diploma in related field
• Fresh graduate or 2-3 years of experience in construction / Renovation Industry
• Experience in renovation of shopping mall and retails shop  are added advantage
• Basic computer skill
• Able to work independently
• Willing to travel outstation
