Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities for high-rise residential and commercial projects.
• Ensure execution of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing works.
• Interpret civil construction drawings, structural drawings, and BOQs.
• Manage slab casting cycles and vertical construction progress (G+10+ projects).
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance as directed by Site Engineer / Project Manager / Quality Head.
• Enforce construction safety standards and PPE compliance as directed by Project Manager / Site Engineer / Management.
• Manage subcontractors, labor teams, productivity, and construction timelines.
• Maintain daily site documentation.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10th or 10+2.
• 5-10 years of experience in real estate construction.
• Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects (G+10 or above).
• Strong knowledge of RCC structural works, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.
