About the Role

We are looking for a young, energetic and responsible Site Supervisor / Interior Project Coordinator to join our growing interior projects team.

This is a hands-on role involving site coordination, material movement, labour management, client/project follow-ups, documentation and ensuring that projects are completed according to schedule.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day site activities, coordinating with multiple people, travelling to project locations when required, and reporting regularly to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise interior/woodwork installation and site activities
• Coordinate with carpenters, labourers, vendors, transporters and other workers
• Ensure materials are sent to the correct site on time and coordinate loading, transportation and unloading
• Carry out regular follow-ups with labourers, vendors and suppliers to ensure work progresses as scheduled
• Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
• Visit project sites regularly and monitor the quality and progress of work
• Read and understand AutoCAD drawings, layouts, measurements and specification sheets
• Communicate drawings/specifications to the site team and ensure execution accordingly
• Identify delays, material requirements or site issues and report them promptly to senior management
• Maintain daily/weekly project updates and provide regular reports to seniors
• Coordinate labour requirements and allocate work according to project priorities
• Maintain records of labour attendance, work completed, advances and payments
• Handle and maintain labour payment records and site-related expenses
• Verify bills, material invoices and delivery documents
• Coordinate with accounts/senior management regarding payments and expenses
• Maintain proper documentation of materials dispatched, received and consumed
• Follow up with clients, vendors and other stakeholders whenever required
• Travel to other cities/project locations when required for project execution
• Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure smooth execution from material dispatch to completion
• Assist senior management with any other project-related operational requirements

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field is preferred
• 0–3 years of experience in interiors, construction, furniture, modular kitchens, civil works or site supervision is preferred
• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and technical/specification sheets
• Good understanding of measurements, materials and basic site execution
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable working with labourers, vendors and multiple stakeholders
• Must be willing to travel to project sites, including outside Bengaluru
• Must be organised and capable of following up repeatedly until tasks are completed
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / documentation is preferred
• Must be comfortable maintaining bills, expenses, labour payments and other records
• Should be able to report clearly to senior management regarding project progress and issues
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence would be an advantage

Compensation

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skill set

Travel and outstation expenses will be reimbursed by the company.

Additional incentives/growth opportunities may be provided based on performance and responsibility.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
