Site Supervisor

We are a fast growing Construction Company specializing in Geosynthetics Solutions.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our construction team in Indonesia.

The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations at any construction site throughout Indonesia, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely, on time, and according to plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer or equivalent.
• Proven work experience as a Site Supervisor in a construction company minimum 2 years.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail in schedule, progression reading and budget analysis.
• Understand to operate AutoCad, preparing Shop drawings and Time Schedule.
• Familiarity with field monitoring tools and equipment.
• In-depth knowledge of site safety procedures and regulations.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
