Job Description
- Supervising the installation team & control of work progress
- Cost control & safety control for projects
- Handling project documentation, including submissions, work progress reports, and related paperwork
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building Studies or related field
- 1-2 years relevant experience in Interior Fitting Out / A&A Works / Minor Works / Maintenance Works / Construction Management
- Strong sense of responsibility with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with ceiling cladding contractors will be an advantage
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be preferred
- Report to Project Manager for work progress
