Site Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee roofing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction management processes. This candidate must possess great customer service skills and understanding of customer relations. This role involves ensuring that all work is performed according to specifications, maintaining quality control, and supervising on-site personnel to ensure safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to review schematics and construction plans.
• Utilize construction management software, including Job Nimbus.
• Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control measures.
• Train and mentor site personnel in best practices for construction techniques and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, incident reports, and change orders.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the construction process, implementing effective solutions promptly.
• Keep customers up to date on the project and ensure their satisfaction.

Experience

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is required.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and quality control measures.
• Ability to read and interpret contracts/work orders effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on building efficient workflows.
