Site Supervisor – Civil Engineering (Fresher / Entry Level)

We are a rapidly growing construction and engineering company specializing in building restoration, structural repairs, civil & infrastructure rehabilitation, waterproofing, and repair solutions. Our projects include residential societies, commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and public infrastructure, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and engineering excellence.

We are looking for Civil Engineering graduates or similar who are eager to build a successful career in the construction & redevelopment industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work progresses as per project schedule.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labour teams.
• Monitor the quality of construction, restoration, and waterproofing works.
• Ensure adherence to engineering drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Maintain daily site progress reports and work documentation.
• Assist in planning manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
• Conduct site measurements and verify work completed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Report project progress, delays, and challenges to senior engineers and management.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and society representatives when required.

Eligibility

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Internship or project experience in construction is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of construction methods, structural repairs, and waterproofing is preferred.
• Willingness to travel across project sites in Mumbai and nearby regions.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
