Site Supervisor – Cleaning & Facilities Management

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to join our cleaning and facilities management team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising cleaning teams, coordinating site operations, and communicating with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff at multiple sites.
• Assign daily duties and monitor staff attendance and performance.
• Ensure cleaning work is completed according to company and client standards.
• Coordinate with clients regarding site requirements and service schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper work quality.
• Monitor cleaning materials, equipment, and other site requirements.
• Prepare and submit daily site reports and updates to management.
• Handle site-related issues and coordinate with the operations team.
• Ensure staff follow company policies, safety procedures, and client requirements.
• Travel to different sites across Dubai as required.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor in cleaning, facilities management, or a related industry.
• Good knowledge of cleaning operations and team supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and coordinate a team effectively.
• Good knowledge of Dubai locations and roads.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple sites.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
