Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project schedules.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Track project progress and submit daily reports.
• Maintain site records, attendance, and material usage reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 1-2 years of experience in site supervision or construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
• Ability to read construction drawings and BOQs.
• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
