Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee and inspect the company’s different sites. The Site Supervisor will be required to travel from site to site, conduct regular inspections, ensure company standards are being followed, identify any issues, and report findings to management.

The successful candidate should have strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills and be able to ensure that each site is operating safely, efficiently, and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit and inspect all assigned company sites on a regular basis.
• Conduct daily and scheduled inspections of each site.
• Ensure sites are clean, organized, safe, and operating according to company standards.
• Monitor staff attendance, appearance, performance, and compliance with company procedures.
• Check that employees are completing their assigned duties correctly.
• Inspect facilities, equipment, maintenance conditions, and general site appearance.
• Identify maintenance, safety, operational, or cleanliness issues and report them immediately.
• Follow up on reported issues until they are properly resolved.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are being followed at all locations.
• Report any unsafe practices, damaged equipment, hazards, or operational concerns.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, Cleaning, Security, and other relevant departments when required.
• Check that company assets, equipment, and supplies are being properly used and maintained.
• Ensure supervisors and employees are following company policies and SOPs.
• Handle minor operational issues on-site and escalate serious concerns to management.
• Take photos and prepare inspection reports when required.
• Submit daily or weekly reports to management summarizing site conditions, issues identified, actions taken, and pending matters.
• Conduct follow-up inspections to ensure corrective actions have been completed.
• Support management with any additional site-related duties as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Facilities Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, or similar position is preferred.
• Experience in facilities management, operations, maintenance, hospitality, construction, or a similar environment is an advantage.
• Strong inspection and observation skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities.
• Ability to identify problems and take appropriate action.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and travel between different sites.
• Valid UAE driving licence is strongly preferred.
• Flexible with working hours and site requirements.

Pay: AED2,139.77 - AED4,301.08 per month
