Site Supervisor

Site Operations & Supervision: To supervise and coordinate daily site operations to ensure all works are executed according to project specifications, schedule, and safety standards.

Site Operations & Supervision: To monitor manpower, material usage, and work quality to achieve efficient, compliant, and cost-effective project execution.

Site Operations & Supervision: Plan and supervise daily construction activities, including manpower allocation, progress monitoring, and setting-out works, to ensure smooth and timely project execution in compliance with technical drawings and quality standards.

Site Operations & Supervision: Coordinate the receipt, storage, and usage of materials; perform pre-operation checks on machinery and monitor maintenance schedules to prevent downtime and ensure operational readiness.

Site Operations & Supervision: Supervise worker conduct, task allocation, and site cleanliness to maintain a productive, safe, and organized work environment.

Site Operations & Supervision: Guide new or junior staff to develop technical competence, site discipline, and adherence to company standards and procedures.

Project Coordination & Communication: Support CSR initiatives, handle VO work documentation, and assist in logistical tasks such as sending materials or maintaining vehicles as required by management.

Project Coordination & Communication: Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve site issues, follow up on pending information, and ensure clear communication of work instructions.

Financial and Administrative Control: Record daily site activities, manpower attendance, and equipment usage; verify subcontractor progress claims and submit accurate reports for management review.

Quality & Performance Management: Conduct workmanship inspections, ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures, monitor site safety practices to minimize defects and prevent accidents, perform defect checks and rectification.

Quality & Performance Management: Review technical drawings and assist in clarifying design or construction issues to ensure work accuracy and compliance with specifications.

Perform all other duties as directed from time to time by the Management.
