We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to lead and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. As a pivotal member of our construction team, you will oversee daily operations, supervise subcontractors and workers, and maintain high standards of quality and safety. Your leadership will drive project success from initial setup through final completion, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes efficiency and excellence.

Duties

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, specifications, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor progress on-site using construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 to track milestones and update schedules.
• Conduct quality control inspections to verify work meets blueprint specifications, schematics, and industry standards.
• Manage site safety by enforcing OSHA regulations, conducting safety meetings, and addressing hazards immediately.
• Review blueprints and schematics to guide onsite activities accurately; interpret construction drawings for team members.
• Oversee budgeting tasks related to labor, materials, and equipment; assist with construction estimating when needed.
• Utilize tools like Bluebeam for document review and communication; ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Proven supervising experience in the construction industry with a strong understanding of site operations.
• Extensive construction experience with knowledge of building processes, safety standards, and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar platforms.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Skilled in construction estimating and budgeting to manage resources effectively.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures to ensure work meets specified standards.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
