Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organised Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our school site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for opening the school prior to breakfast club arriving, and being on site after school to clean certain areas and secure the school, whilst ensuring safety standards are maintained by providing seasonal external duties, and delivering excellent customer service.

Duties

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
• open up the school, provide gritting in winter and leaf clearing in autumn
• check the grounds for any damage
• carry out weekly checks

Experience

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a similar industry
• DBS Certificate essential and a strong driving record with valid driving licence
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Prior experience in customer service is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively and resolve conflicts professionally
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the industry is preferred
• Ability to use initiative and organise tasks efficiently whilst maintaining attention to detail
