About the role

Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently and according to project requirements. Lead and supervise construction workers, including allocating daily tasks and monitoring work progress.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently and according to project requirements
• Lead and supervise construction workers, including allocating daily tasks and monitoring work progress
• Coordinate with subcontractors, workers and other site personnel to ensure smooth site operations
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager on work status, milestones, site issues and potential delays
• Ensure works are completed according to the required quality and safety standards
• Coordinate and participate in site inspections with clients, engineers, safety personnel and other relevant stakeholders
• Arrange and provide transportation for workers between worksites and workers' accommodation/dormitories when required
• Assist with the mobilisation of workers, tools, materials and equipment between project sites
• Ensure workers comply with site safety requirements and Company procedures

About you

• Minimum 5 years of relevant supervisory experience in the construction or related industry
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence
• Good knowledge of construction site operations and work coordination
• Able to supervise and manage construction workers effectively
• Able to communicate and coordinate with workers, subcontractors and project stakeholders
• Responsible, hands-on and able to work independently in a site environment
• Willing to travel between different project sites when required
